Very impressed with how these guys tool care of me and my ranger. Had a failing transmission under a 3rd party warranty,thank god lol. They handled all paper work and back forth with the warranty company. Made my life incredibly easier got the truck back and its shifting amazing with the new transmission. I've been taking my vehicles to Aaron at ATS since November 2021, and I can't recommend him highly enough. My first experience with Aaron was when he replaced the engine in my STI, and since then, he's been the only mechanic I trust to maintain and repair my vehicles. Over the years, he has continued to service my STI, as well as my 2012 Ford F-150 EcoBoost and my 2017 VW Golf GTI. Most recently, Aaron quickly diagnosed and repaired a fueling issue with my GTI when I was unable to put gas in the tank. His expertise, efficiency, and commitment to quality work have been consistent throughout all the years I've been bringing my vehicles to him. If you need mechanical work or routine maintenance, ATS is the place to go. In addition, if you're looking for window tinting, Aaron's assistant mechanic, Obed, does excellent work?he tinted the windows on both my F-150 and GTI, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Aaron and his team have always gone above and beyond, and I'm grateful to have a trustworthy and reliable shop to turn to. Highly recommend ATS for all your automotive needs! Brought my 2015 WRX STI here when I moved here, it needed a new engine which I already knew before bringing it. Aaron along with his wife Cassie found me a better deal, then the one I was previously expecting to pay. He went over everything in detail and recommended somethings I hadn't thought of, he expressed that its best to do these additional things now that the engine would already be out of the car and he wouldn't have to charge me additional labor fees. This was a major job and he was the only one around the area who would even attempt to work on a Subaru STI engine. I was fortunate to have found his shop and can't express the gratitude that I have for the hard work ATS has done for me. I highly recommend this place!

I was initially referred to ATS by another mechanic in New Braunfels. Since that time I have brought my vehicles to Aaron on multiple occasions. On each occasion, he provided exceptional service and took time to explain the issue and resolution. I had a situation where my vehicle was elsewhere. I called to ask a question and he immediately started thjnk about the issue and give advice over the phone. Once I had the vehicle back. I took it straight to his shop and ran quick diagnostic and we had a path forward. Customer service is great. Prices are reasonable .

Aaron the owner of ATS is very particular, detailed, takes pride in his services, and a nice guy to boot, had my truck towed to his shop after transmission failure on a Ford Raptor with 170k miles. He diagnosed, ordered a rebuilt transmission and fixed a few other things while up on the lift, shocks, struts and a cv axle all at reasonable prices. Kept me informed and did an excellent job on the install, truck drives like new. I was ready to replace a few other things he said wasn't necessary right now. My first time using Aaron and I won't hesitate to bring my other 3 vehicles to him all with over 100k miles on them so I'm sure I will see him soon. Cars are so expensive these days, it's great having someone you can count on and trust to keep them up running! Don't hesitate to use him.

Was holding off on making a review because the last auto-shop (was highly recommended by everyone in town ) gave me trust issues. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car A/C even though they specialize in VW and spent so much $ for them to just guess what the problem was. They were going to quote me around $2k to fix a ?maybe? problem. What a blessing it was to find ATS. Aaron was honest and found the problem the same day I brought my car in (even sent me picture of the problem) & got it fixed literally the next day. Bottom line: Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Would give it 6 out of 5 if I could. This review is way overdue for me. Here's the story: My wife and I just started a 10 hour road trip for me to start a new job... so getting to our destination on time was critical. While at the Buccee's stop down in New Braunfels, I noticed my car leaked what appear to be almost all the coolant onto the ground. Huge bummer, cause this made the car unable to drive. My wife and I called 7 auto repair shops in the area, nobody would take us. We then called a transmission repair shop that referred us to ATS Automotive. We called ATS and explained our desperation and situation. They made room for us in their schedule for immediate assistance. This was above and beyond any other shop we called, to include two car dealerships. We carefully drove our car to ATS monitoring the engine to ensure it didn't overheat. Upon arrival, the owner Aaron Brown came out to speak to us personally. The in-processed the car and immediately ran tests on the car's radiator. They solved the problem within 2 hours and concluded it was the radiator cap that had become worn over time, thus letting coolant leak out of the top. We replaced the radiator cap and went on our way. Here's what I want to point out.... my wife and I were in a perfect position to be exploited due to our desperate situation. ATS could have suggested we replace the radiator or due some unnecessary "maintenance" to ensure our car would make our time critical road trip. They did not do this AT ALL!! The owner Aaron Brown was incredibly honest, respectful, professional, and kind. If I lived in New Braunfels, I would make them our exclusive car shop for my family and recommend them to all our friends and family. They were absolutely a pleasure to work with and we cannot thank Aaron Brown and the ATS enough for saving the day. They were an answered prayer indeed. So in case you were wondering if you should choose ATS for auto needs... the answer in undeniably YES!!!

Been going here for years. This is the first time I've seen any turnover. Emily is not only a straight shooter, but she knows more about cars than most of my friends. She has always taken care of me and always a reasonable price. If I wanted to get parts and pay less for them at Amazon I could as well, but then who would put them on? If they put a part on your car and it doesn't work or goes out on you, they stand behind it and replace it if necessary within warranty I suspect. Granted it only happened to me once, but I took my truck back and the replaced the faulty part in a reasonable amount of time. Actually it was while I waited.I do not take my vehicles anywhere else.
